Las Zarzas is a small complex of two storey apartments within the La Sella residences in Spain. La Sella is an exclusive development of apartments and villas situated within superb landscaped gardens on the edge of the Montgo National Park, close to the Mediterranean Sea.
The apartment is furnished to luxury standards with full kitchen facilities, dining table and sofa. There is also a utility room with storage room for golf clubs, push chairs, patio and beach furniture, BBQ and rear exit to a shady courtyard.
Full bed linen, bath, hand, face towels, bath mats, beach towels, tea towels, tablecloths and oven gloves are provided.

On-site facilities include 5 superb swimming pools connected by waterfall cascades and relaxing peaceful gardens.
Leisure amenities close by within 100 metres walking distance include well maintained stables for horse riding, 8 tennis courts with professional coaching available, boules pitch, restaurant, bar, a mini-market selling fresh baguettes and croissants each morning, pharmacy and the Promociones site management office.
Just a few minutes away is the new 18 hole Jose Maria Olazabal golf course, hosting the Nick Faldo Marriott Golf Institute with a separate six hectare practice area with teaching facilities. A clubhouse for members and guests boasts an excellent restaurant, bar, lounge, changing rooms, a golf retail shop and buggy storage area. There are several other good golf courses in the area.
Denia on the Costa Blanca looks back on a turbulent history. "The Castello" castle from the 16th and 18th century (today an archeological open air museum) dominates the city giving it a special character. Modern supermarkets, banks, shops and restaurants of all nationalities have all helped Denia adapt a cosmopolitan character while remaining a charming harbour city.
The road network is excellent. The AP7 (Auto Pista No.7) motorway is close to La Sella and the international airports of Alicante and Valencia can be reached in one hour.

We require £50.00 deposit to confirm your reservation with the balance due 30 days before your scheduled arrival date. If you decide to cancel we require a minimum of 60 days notice to refund any deposit less administrative charges of £10.00. Once the 30 day point is reached and the balance becomes due any cancellation at this point will render the deposit non refundable. Once the full balance has been paid, any cancellation with less than 30 days to the scheduled arrival date will deem that the whole of the rental fee will be non refundable unless we are able to re-book the property for the dates you had reserved. If we re-book the property, we will refund a proportionate share of the rental fee for each day we are able to fill less a £10.00 cancellation fee to cover administration charges.
We strongly urge clients to take out travel insurance to cover the cost of cancelled bookings due to circumstances beyond their control.
Should we have to cancel your booking due to circumstances beyond our control i.e. acts of God . tempest, flood, storm, structural damage, we will endeavour to find you alternative accommodation or offer you an alternative date or a full refund.
